Technical Product Manager

Herzliya, Israel

Job description

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our product roadmap. You'll sit between engineering, ad-tech partners, data, and business stakeholders, turning strategy into shipped product.
This is not a "write tickets and attend standups" role. You'll define what gets built, why it matters commercially, and how we measure whether it worked. You need to understand auction mechanics, ad serving pipelines, and yield optimization well enough to make real calls, not just relay requirements.
AI is part of how we work. We use AI tools daily for spec writing, data analysis, QA, and development. You should be comfortable using AI to move faster, not as a novelty, but as a standard part of your toolkit.

Responsibilities

  • Own feature specs and PRDs from problem definition through launch. Translate business and revenue goals into clear technical requirements.
  • Lead development cycles and sprint priorities across a distributed engineering team.
  • Validate new features end-to-end before they reach partners, particularly ad-related integrations and API-based functionality.
  • Work directly with ad-tech partners on integrations, VAST/VPAID troubleshooting, demand setup, and supply-side issues.
  • Monitor and act on yield data: eCPM, fill rate, bid density, completion rates, and discrepancy reports.
  • Coordinate product launches across multiple CTV app stores, each with its own submission and compliance requirements.
  • Use AI tools in your daily workflow. We expect this as a baseline, not a bonus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, Developer, or Data Analyst role - a must
  • Previous experience in OTT, CTV, in-app advertising, streaming, or ad tech - a must
  • You understand what an SSP does, how programmatic auctions work, and why fill rate matters more than raw impressions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with large datasets.
  • Technical fluency. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand APIs, data flows, and system architecture well enough to have real conversations with engineers.
  • Experience with QA processes and comfort troubleshooting technical issues. VAST errors, API mismatches, and ad serving edge cases should not scare you.
  • Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in your current work.
  • Strong analytical instincts. You think in terms of eCPM = CPM x Fill, not just feature delivery.
  • Self-directed. You'll have real ownership, which means you can't wait around for someone to tell you what to do next.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
  • Python or SQL scripting for data analysis or automation - an advantage
  • Experience with BI/analytics platforms (BigQuery, Superset, Looker, or similar) - an advantage
  • Familiarity with CTV app store ecosystems and their submission processes - an advantage
  • Background in supply-side platform economics, header bidding, or yield optimization - an advantage
  • Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams - an advantage
