Business Operations Manager

Job description

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth across the CTV and broader AdTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships across clients, suppliers, and content owners in the CTV space
  • Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives to support the companys flagship projects.
  • Serve as the link between business needs and product execution, ensuring alignment and momentum
  • Collaborate with product team to translate business needs and partnership requirements into clear product inputs
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution across multiple initiatives
  • Monitor business performance and product-related KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Business Operations, or Partnerships
  • Proven experience managing business-driven projects in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in the AdTech industry
  • Strong understanding of the OTT/CTV ecosystem and programmatic advertising landscape - Advantage
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Experience working closely with product and R&D teams, as well as managing external partnerships
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven mindset
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken & written)
