Job description

We are looking for a Tech Operations Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team and help drive the success of our CTV programmatic activity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and business - someone who can dive deep into technical documentation, understand integration requirements, and translate them into actionable implementations. Youll be responsible for ensuring seamless platform operations, researching and identifying new partnership opportunities, and leading the technical enablement of integrations that enhance our monetization stack.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and technical research to identify potential partners or tools that can improve performance, transparency, or monetization efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to test, validate, and launch new connections or features
• Monitor pixels and oRTB implementations for proper video ad delivery on CTV devices
• Lead the integration of new tech vendors, servers, and platforms
• Validate tracking and attribution setups for accurate measurement and reporting
• Monitor ad delivery systems to ensure optimal configuration and performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the AdTech industry, focused on the CTV and programmatic advertising ecosystem - a must
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, identify potential technology partners
• Experience leading third-party vendor and provider integrations
• Familiarity with ad servers and SSP platforms (e.g., SpringServe, Publica, FreeWheel) - capable of understanding setup and troubleshooting processes
• Strong understanding of industry standards such as sellers.json, app-ads.txt, and IPD
• Excellent attention to detail and a thorough, precise approach
• Strong analytical skills, with proven experience using data to inform decisions
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while effectively prioritizing tasks
• Fluent English, spoken and written - a must
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial engineering, Economics, etc.) - an advantage
• Familiarity with advanced AI tools and the evolving world of AI agents
