Ad Operations Manager

Job description

As an Ad Operations Manager at Castify.ai you will oversee end-to-end ad delivery operations across CTV partners. Youll work with publishers, SSPs, and DSPs on campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization to ensure seamless performance and client satisfaction. You will manage integrations and day-to-day collaboration with supply and demand partners, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities. Additionally, youll monitor and maintain brand safety, ad quality, and compliance across all inventory, while troubleshooting and optimizing delivery to drive maximum efficiency and operational excellence, ultimately leading to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for planning and managing programmatic video campaigns on CTV
- Optimizing campaign performance and profitability by analyzing different monetization channels, user behavior, and engagement
- Successfully build and maintain close relationships with partners
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, actively seeking opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement monetization features

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in the AdTech industry and Proven experience working on SSPs, DSPs, and ad-servers platforms - a must
  • Focused on programmatic ad monetization, CTV experience - an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven experience using data to inform decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a thorough, precise approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent English, spoken and written - a must
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial engineering, Economics, etc.) - an advantage
  • Familiarity with advanced AI tools and the evolving world of AI agents
