Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager

Job description

We're seeking a full-time talented senior bookkeeper and payroll manager.
In this role you will manage the company's bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping until balance sheet
Record daily financial transactions including period close journal entries.
Track credit card and bank accounts balances and prepare bank reconciliations.
Working with banks on a daily basis
Company travel reports management
Preparation payroll and related reports, including governmental & regulatory filings
Monthly financial reports
Collaboration with the external accounting firm of the company
The position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday

Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper type 2 [Must] and 3 [Advantage]
  • Experience as a bookkeeper in a similar role for 3+ years
  • Certified payroll accountant
  • Multi-currency accounting experience
  • Bookkeeper type 3 [Advantage]
  • Office software knowledge, especially Word and Excel [A must]
  • Experience and knowledge of Hashavshevet and Shiklulit [Advantage]
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks, accuracy and responsibility
  • Good level of English
