Responsibilities

Were looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who is passionate about the AdTech ecosystem and is eager
to grow and shape our strategy and future. Come and join our leading, technological Programmatic team!

In this role you will:
- Be responsible for planning and managing programmatic campaigns, display and video on mobile &
CTV, including tracking metrics, identifying any issues that may be negatively impacting performance,
and making adjustments.
- Analyze current monetization channels, user behavior, and engagement and optimize for maximum
profitability
- Explore new revenue streams and opportunities
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement monetization features
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform monetization strategy
- Monitor and track monetization performance, analyzing data and using insights to optimize and improve
results on our O&O inventory.

Requirements

  • experience in programmatic Ad monetization ecosystem including SSP/DSP platforms & ad servers - an advatage!
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Deep understanding of digital & CTV advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial engineering, Economics, etc.)
  • English as mother tongue Must.
